Moon Knight, along with Nick Fury, Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer or Shang Chi, one of many characters marvelianos that, being popular, never have managed to stay a long time presiding over a series with its own header. Nevertheless, despite the vagaries of the market, its stock has been marked by the existence stage that audiences and critics have come to qualify as a "cult." In the case of the hero (ahem) before us, is a must reference the stage gathered his literary creator, Doug Moench, Bill Sienkiewicz with a first-timer, and which formed the main bases of the "lunar landscape." Here arises the curious play of identities leading to Marc Spector, Knight's original civic identity, to have four distinct personalities. Also interesting to see a side gallery which highlights the Frenchman Jean Paul "Frenchie" Duchamp (his faithful fellow-sufferer), archaeologist Marlene Alraune (with which it shares a relationship full of ups and downs), the reporter Bertrand Crawley or the bar owner Gena Landers. It was with that Sienkiewicz Moon Knight moved away from the shadow of Neal Adams to start to become the renowned illustrator who is on today. It was with that Sienkiewicz Moon Knight ceased to be one of many "batmanes" second to reach its own identity. Then come other collections, other stories and others that would make the urban hero character, mystical symbol of a new era of dime and even unexpected star of a conflict, reminiscent of the plot Kerubino-Daemonite of Wildcats can take a job perfectly high on the list of the worst stories of change of origin of a character (one day will be needed review of the disaster perpetrated by Terry Kavanagh, but not today).
